Interested in history? Looking to serve and educate your community? Join the volunteer staff at the McDowell House Museum! Whether you want to give guided tours to visitors, work at museum events, or assist the staff in research and development of exhibitions, we would love to have you. Training will be provided and no experience is necessary – just an interest in meeting the public and learning about Danville history. Hours are flexible and benefits include free admission for family guests and a discount in the gift shop.
